摘要：专业设置合理是职业教育有效服务区域经济发展的前提条件。为了适宜的设置专业，办好职业教育，该文分析了西藏当前职业教育的专业设置数量及西藏经济发展现状，得出了西藏高职教育因学校少、专业覆盖面少而不能全面有效服务于西藏经济发展的结论，并分析了原因，提出了解决方法，以期为职业教育工作者提供参考，形成西藏职业教育与西藏经济发展相适应的办学格局。

A Study on the Adaptability of the Professional Setup of Tibet Vocational Education and the Development of Tibet's Economy

Abstract： Reasonable professional setting is a prerequisite for vocational education to effectively serve regional economic development. In order to properly set up majors and run vocational education well， this article analyzes the current number of majors in vocational education in Tibet and the status quo of Tibet’s economic development. It is concluded that Tibet’s higher vocational education cannot fully and effectively serve the Tibetan economy due to the lack of schools and professional coverage. The conclusion of the development， and analysis of the reasons， and proposed solutions， in order to provide references for vocational educators， and form a school-running pattern that is compatible with Tibet's vocational education and Tibet’s economic development.

十三五以来，西藏经济发展一直保持高速增长态势，产业结构不断优化，人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感进一步增强。在各级教育部门、扶贫部门及全国兄弟院校的大力支持下，西藏职业教育也处于前所未有的快速发展时期，在办学规模、专业设置、办学质量方面取得了很大的进步，在发展中为了不断提升办学品质，需形成西藏职业教育与西藏经济发展相适应的辦学格局。要增强职业教育与经济发展的适应性，合理的专业设置是首要条件[1]。

1西藏职业教育专业设置现状分析

截至2020年，西藏高等职业教育仅西藏职业技术学院1所。学院现有教职工508人（含非编教职工），现有7个二级学院，设置了涵盖农林、畜牧、旅游、机电、建筑、财经、信息等8大专业类别共计32个专业。十三五期间，西藏职业技术学院主动对接西藏七大优势特色产业和自治区15个产业集团人才需求，按照“优势、特色、急需”为原则调整专业设置，增设了电子商务、网络安全技术、道路与桥梁技术、广告艺术设计专业，更好地满足了区域经济建设需要，取得了一些成绩。……
