摘要：高职院校能否成功培养一线应用型人才的决定性因素之一是实训室建设，专业教育旨在为社会培养更多应用型人才精英。因此，高职院校的教育只有在突出专业特点的基础上，进一步加强实训室建设的管理，提高重视程度，才能真正满足社会应用型人才需求。该文以土木建筑专业为切入点，提出高职院校土木建筑类专业实训室建设与管理模式的建议与具体对策。

Analysis on Construction and Management Mode of Civil and Architectural Training Room in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： One of the decisive factors for higher vocational colleges to cultivate frontline application-oriented talents is the construction of practical training rooms. Professional education aims to cultivate more application-oriented talents for the society. Therefore， on the basis of highlighting the specialty characteristics， the education of higher vocational colleges should further strengthen the management of the construction of training rooms and improve the attention level， so as to truly meet the needs of social application-oriented talents. This paper takes civil engineering and architecture as the breakthrough point and puts forward suggestions and concrete countermeasures on the construction and management mode of practical training room of civil engineering and architecture in higher vocational colleges.

土木建筑專业作为典型的工科类专业，其实训室建设和管理的整体效果直接影响着人才培养质量，这就要求各大高校必须要予以足够的重视，以便为我国土木建筑行业培养更多实用型人才。

1高职院校土木建筑类实训室的特点

高职院校开设的土木工程类专业包含建筑设计类、建筑设备类等众多不同专业，普通高职院校一般开设的课程包含建筑装饰装修工程技术、建筑模型等众多相关专业。不同专业课程对于实训室的要求差异较大，涵盖器材种类广，且部分实训室器材需要个性化的定制，更增加了相当一笔配置费用。同时，设施的精密性和侧重需求繁杂多样，也为实训室建设增加了难度。管理人员要完成符合要求的实训室设施采购，且恰当地组织学生使用，并进行必要的管理和维护等工作，无疑需要极高的综合管理素质和专业能力。
