摘要：建筑行业虽然是我国非常重要的支撑型产业，但是面对全球经济发展形势，其不仅要牢牢抓住发展机遇，也要积极应对外界挑战，在最短时间内适应变化进行创新与完善。财务管理作为建筑工程行业与企业整体管理工作中非常重要的一部分，也应该增强其适应性和发展性。企业如果想要保证经济效益并且在市场经济竞争中始终维持着优势，必须及时发现财务管理问题并提出有效的解决对策，在企业内部形成良好的管控，在企业外部增强竞争实力。因此，本文通过概述建筑工程行业财务管理基本内容、相关问题和措施，可以为企业发展和规避市场风险提供经验参考，也可使建筑工程行业具备长期发展的动力。

Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management in Construction Engineering Industry

Abstract： Although the construction industry is a very important supporting industry in China， in the face of global economic development， it should not only firmly grasp the development opportunities， but also actively respond to external challenges， adapt to changes and innovate and improve in the shortest time. As a very important part of the overall management of the construction engineering industry and the enterprise， financial management should also enhance its adaptability and development. If enterprises want to ensure economic benefits and always maintain an advantage in market economy competition， they must timely find financial management problems and put forward effective solutions， form a good control within the enterprise， and enhance the competitive strength outside the enterprise. Therefore， this article outlines the basic content， related issues and measures of financial management in the construction engineering industry， which can provide empirical reference for the development of enterprises and avoid market risks， and it can also provide long-term development momentum for the construction engineering industry.

無论是我国经济高速发展还是城市化进程不断加快，其实都为建筑工程行业和相关企业提供了较为广阔的发展前景。但是建筑工程行业与企业要充分认识到发展的双刃剑性质，一方面可以让企业脱颖而出，让建筑行业拥有发展的内推力，逐渐适应全球经济发展局势;另一方面，其不仅要提高工程质量、设计水平，还要利用科学合理的管理方式实现企业资金的高效配置，降低工程成本，提高经济效益。同时提高财务管理水平和能力还能规避发展风险，企业可以选择最合适且损失最小的应对策略。
