摘要：社区网格化管理是改进传统粗放治理方式的突破点，也是加强基层社区建设，提升服务水平，反恐维稳的重要手段。通过实地走访，回归社区网格管理的本身要求及作用，本文对网格化管理出现的突出问题进行剖析，结合新时代城市治理的要求进行具体的反思及优化，建立多元的具有人文主义和创新活力的基层社会治理模式，实现进一步构建共建、共治、共享的社会治理格局，实现治理能力現代化。

Research on Urban Community Governance under Grid Management

Abstract： Community grid management is not only a breakthrough point to improve the traditional extensive governance， but also an important means to strengthen the construction of grass-roots communities， improve service levels， counter-terrorism and maintain stability.Through field visits， return to the requirements and functions of community grid management. This paper analyzes the prominent problems of grid management， makes specific reflection and optimization in combination with the requirements of urban governance in the new era， establishes a diversified grass-roots social governance model with humanism and innovative vitality， further constructs a social governance pattern of co construction， co governance and sharing， and realizes the modernization of governance ability.

随着治理要求和经济发展水平的不断提高，基层政府治理的难度和压力也越来越大。作为最基础的治理单元，社区面临着许多新的挑战、问题和挑战。

社区网格化管理也必须与时俱进，继续发挥城市社区网格化管理在加强和创新社会治理、有效提高社会治理效率方面的作用。

1网格化理论界定

1.1定义

社区网格化管理就是将地理上的社区划分为若干网格单元，每一单元配置相应的工作人员来实现基层社会的管理[1]。

社区网格化管理是城市基层社区管理实践中出现的一个新概念，以城市组成部分和网络事件为管理内容的数字化、信息化等技术手段将行政区域与网络区分开来，划分各处理单元为具体网格负责人，负责整体信息交换，通过城市社区网格化管理系统信息平台实现层级联系和资源整合的一种城市基层社区管理方式。
