摘要：随着现代科技手段的日益完善，目前越来越多选煤厂逐渐意识到加强智能化建设的重要性，这不但是迎合新时代发展需要的重要举措，还是推动煤炭企业实现升级转型的必然选择。本文简要概述了当前智能化选煤厂建设中存在的问题，研究了当前智能化选煤厂建设的技术路线和主要内容，旨在为选煤厂自动化、信息化工程建设的顺利开展提供理论方面的参考，切实提高智能化选煤厂建设的技术水平。

Research on Technical Route and Content of Current Intelligent coal Preparation Plant Construction

Abstract： With the increasing improvement of modern scientific and technological means， more and more coal preparation plants have gradually realized the importance of strengthening intelligent construction. It is not only an important measure to meet the development needs of the new era， but also an inevitable choice to promote the upgrading and transformation of coal enterprises. This paper briefly summarizes the problems existing in the current construction of intelligent coal preparation plant， and studies the technical route and main contents of the current construction of intelligent coal preparation plant， in order to provide theoretical reference for the smooth development of automation and information engineering construction of coal preparation plant， and effectively improve the technical level of the construction of intelligent coal preparation plant.

現阶段我国智能化选煤厂在实际建设过程中仍缺乏具体的参考标准，尤其体现在建设目标、系统框架结构、建设内容以及技术路线等标准的设立上，并且在实践过程中仍然会受到各种客观因素的影响，使选煤厂智能化建设成果与预期设想目标存在明显差距。基于此，在新时代背景下，选煤厂必须充分利用云计算、大数据、人工智能等高端技术不断加强智能化建设，真正将智能化这一理念落实到选煤厂建设项目实施的全过程。

1 当前智能化选煤厂建设中存在的问题

1.1 生产设备建设有待完善

在现代社会化发展进程中，尽管大部分新建选煤厂已初步实现了生产过程的自动化和集中控制，在其在实践过程中仍然存在自动化水平低、生产装备智能化有待完善的问题。例如，部分选煤厂的闸板、阀门仍需要人为操作控制，而移动胶带配仓、受煤坑返煤等特殊位置也需要指派专门的工作人员进行人工监管。……
