摘  要：泥岩隧道的隧洞围岩不稳定，在施工中出于对安全性的考量，不应当使用爆破法施工。此时，可以引入悬臂式掘进机完成施工。基于此，文章以引洮供水工程项目中的某一标段内泥岩隧洞施工为例，在简单说明项目情况与施工背景条件的基础上，从悬臂式掘进机应用的可行性、优化应用措施的选定、安全应用措施的设定这几方面入手，阐述了泥岩隧洞施工中悬臂式掘进机的优化应用，为同类工程施工操作的展开提供参考。

Application of Cantilever TBM in Mudstone Tunnel

Abstract： The surrounding rock of mudstone tunnel is unstable. For the sake of safety， blasting method should not be used for construction. At this time， the cantilever TBM can be introduced to complete the construction. Based on this， taking the mudstone tunnel construction in a bid section of Yintao water supply project as an example， on the basis of the brief description of the project situation and construction background conditions， this paper expounds the optimal application of cantilever TBM in mudstone tunnel construction from the aspects of the feasibility of cantilever TBM application， the selection of optimization application measures and the setting of safety application measures， so as to provide reference for the construction operation of similar projects.

隧洞施工復杂程度偏高，且受到多种因素的影响，出于对施工现场安全性维护的考量，如果隧洞围岩的稳定性处于较低水平，则必须要选用更为温和的施工方式替代爆破施工，并结合施工实际需求对相应施工方案实施优化设定。

1项目概述

引洮供水工程项目中的某一标段长6416.94m，建设项目主要有隧洞3042.71m;暗渠1642.7m;倒虹吸3306.99m（其中包含11#穿管隧洞段1590.36m）及其他工程。其中，11#隧洞进口控制段，长1590.36m。断面型式为城门洞，纵坡坡比1/36，采用现浇砼衬砌，净断面尺寸宽×高=3.4m×2.7m，洞内架设倒虹吸管道。

本项目中隧洞围岩以砂质泥岩为主，施工重点及施工难点为27+495～28+955.29极不稳定Ⅴ类围岩的隧洞施工。该段围岩水平层状，遇水易泥化，崩解，失水干裂，开挖后自稳性差，有渗水，对隧洞施工安全、质量、进度极为不利。同时，施工工期紧，业主下达任务多，且隧洞围岩不稳定，若使用爆破法施工，将存在极大的安全风险，对隧洞施工安全、质量、进度极为不利。……
