摘要：随着我国现代土木工程行业发展速度的加快，越来越多的建设单位也开始感受到市场竞争的压力。对土木工程建筑企业来说，做好建筑地基基础与桩基础施工，明确施工发展标准，是提高企业自身综合实力和市场竞争力的重要内容和重点工作。本文从我国土木工程发展现状出发，对建筑地基基础与桩基础施工的特点、原则、方向、实施要点等方面，对现代建筑企业施工规划与实施这一命题进行探讨。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's modern civil engineering industry， more and more construction units also begin to feel the pressure of market competition. For civil engineering construction enterprises， it is an important content and key work to improve their own comprehensive strength and market competitiveness to do well the construction of building foundation and pile foundation and to clarify the construction development standard. Starting from the development status of civil engineering in China， this paper discusses the proposition of construction planning and implementation of modern construction enterprises from the aspects of characteristics， principles， direction and implementation points of construction of building foundation and pile foundation.

1现代土木工程建筑地基基础与桩基础施工的原则

建筑企业在开展建筑地基基础与桩基础施工的时候，需要找准施工定位，遵循系统性原则。系统性原则主要指建筑企业在建筑地基基础与桩基础施工过程中要保持内部发展的稳定性与外部发展的适应性，即建筑企业需要根据建筑行业的特殊性质对施工发展方向做出符合市场要求的调整，同时应在企业内部建立与发展战略相符合的施工制度。在具体实施过程中，要提升建筑地基基础与桩基础施工的系统性，构建科学体系，适应现代施工发展需求。土木工程企业在进行建筑地基基础与桩基础施工实施过程中，还需要把控创新性原则。当今社会经济竞争压力越来越大，对于建筑企业来说，想要在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中提高经济收益，就需要在原有的基础之上做好创新布局 [1-2]。
