【摘 要】目的：探究右旋糖酐铁口服溶液联合维生素C片治疗妊娠合并贫血的效果分析。方法：选择2019年12月至2021年6月来我院诊治的妊娠合并贫血孕妇80例，并按双盲随机原则将其均分为对照组与研究组，前组单一右旋糖酐铁口服溶液治疗，后组则联用右旋糖酐铁口服溶液联合维生素C片治疗，对比两组治疗效果，并观察统计不良反应发生状况。结果：研究组临床总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；且研究组孕妇血红蛋白（Hb）、血清铁（SI）以及转铁蛋白饱和度（TSAT）水平分别高于对照组（P<0.05）；最后在两组孕妇不良反应发生状况上比较，研究组不良反应发生率更低（P<0.05）。结论：右旋糖酐铁口服溶液联合维生素C片治疗妊娠合并贫血的效果确切，且不良反应发生率较低，安全性高，值得推广。

Study on the value combination of iron dextran oral solution and vitamin C in pregnancy with anemia

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of dextran oral solution combined with vitamin C tablets on pregnancy and anemia.Methods： Selecting 80 pregnant women with pregnancy and anemia from December 2019 to June 2021， which were divided into control and study groups according to the double-blind random principle.The former group received single iron dextran oral solution， and the latter group was treated with iron dextran oral solution combined with vitamin C tablets to compare the two groups of treatment effect and observe the status of adverse reactions.Results：The total clinical efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）； and the hemoglobin （Hb）， serum iron （SI） and transferrin saturation （TSAT） levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）； Finally， compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups， which in the study group was lower（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Oral iron dextran combined with vitamin C tablets effectively treated pregnancy with anemia， with low adverse effects and high safety，which is worthy of popularization.

妊娠合并貧血是指怀孕以后有贫血，主要是由于妊娠期血容量增加，血浆的增加大于红细胞的增加，血液是呈稀释状态的，这种情况属于生理性的贫血，也有些患者贫血，属于病理性贫血，最常见的妊娠贫血的种类为缺铁性贫血，是由于怀孕后铁的需要量增加引起的贫血。其次，还有可能是由于叶酸或者是维生素B12缺乏导致的巨幼细胞性贫血[1]。如果控制不好或治疗不及时就会伴有并发症，势必对孕妇和胎儿造成不良后果。因此，需要对此类孕妇进行及时有效的治疗，并定时监测其血液指标，确保母婴的预后情况。基于此，本次研究选择2019年12月至2021年6月来我院诊治的80例妊娠合并贫血孕妇为对象，就对其治疗中联合使用右旋糖酐铁口服溶液联合维生素C片的效果进行分析，具体如下。……
