【摘 要】目的：探索舒适护理在神经外科手术室中的应用效果。方法：运用便利随机方法选取50名2020年1月至2021年1月于我院神经外科行手术治疗的患者，均分为对照组（n=25）与观察组（n=25）。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上采取舒适护理，比较两组的护理满意度、不良反应发生率、焦虑及抑郁评分、护患纠纷和护理差错的发生率。结果：观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组患者，不良反应发生率、焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组患者，护患纠纷和护理差错的发生率低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论：在神经外科手术室应用舒适护理可以显著改善患者的预后，减少潜在不良反应发生的风险，改善患者对护理的满意度，避免护士和患者之间的纠纷的发生。

Application of comfort nursing in neurosurgical operating room

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of comfort nursing in neurosurgery operation room. Methods： Fifty patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected by convenient randomization and divided into control group（n=25） and observation group （n=25）. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received comfort nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Comparing the two groups for the sum of care satisfaction， incidence of side effects， anxiety and depression scores， and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes and nursing errors. Results： The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， the incidence of side effects， anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group， and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes and nursing errorswere lower than those of the control group， P<0.05.Conclusions： Comfortable neurosurgical operating room care can significantly improve patient outcomes， reduce the risk of potential side effects， improve patients’ satisfaction with care， and avoid disputes between nurses and patients.

手术治疗作为神经外科最为常见的治疗方式，主要是指医生在手术室这一特定场所下通过医疗器械对患者身体的病灶部位进行切除或对患者破损部位进行缝合，从而达到治疗患者疾病的目的[1]。本研究中采用了舒适护理对患者进行手术护理，该护理模式根据患者的个体差异及手术整体要求对患者进行全面护理，有效减轻了患者手术中的精神压力，并使其保持舒适状态，取得了较好的效果，现对具体研究報告如下。

1.1 一般资料

随机抽取于我院神经外科接受治疗的患者50例，纳入标准：经由我院神经外科收治的年龄18岁～40岁患者；临床资料完整，各项检查完善。……
