【摘 要】目的：探究彩色多普勒超声诊断泌尿系结石效果。方法：利用电脑抽取的方式，挑选出本院2020年9月至2021年3月间疑似泌尿系结石的152例患者，并分别使其接受X线、彩色多普勒超声诊断，最终比较两种方法的差异。结果：彩色多普勒超声的诊断更贴近手术诊断法（金标准），且以不同发病位置分析，为彩色多普勒检查的符合率更高（P<0.05） ；另外从准确率、特异度、敏感度来综合判断，依旧是彩色多普勒超声优势更明显（P<0.05） 。结论：彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值明显更好，还能对患者的结石位置有更明确的判断，值得运用和推广。

Effect analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary calculi

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary calculi. Methods： using the method of computer extraction， 152 patients suspected of urinary calculi between September2020 and March2021in our hospital were selected， and they were respectively subjected to X-ray， color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis， and finally， the difference between the two methods was compared. Results： Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was closer to surgical diagnosis（gold standard）， and the consistent rate of color Doppler examination was higher according to the analysis of different disease location（P<0.05）； In addition， judging from the accuracy， specificity， and sensitivity comprehensively，it could be that the advantages of color Doppler ultrasound were more obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusions：the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound is significantly better， and it also has a more definite judgment of the location of stones in patients， which is worth applying and promoting.

泌尿系結石属于较为高发的疾病，常给患者的生活带来极大困扰，损害其身心健康[1]。因此，及时检查诊断，对尽早控制患者的病情发展有积极效果。一般来说，根据结石位置的差异，泌尿系结石又囊括了肾、输尿管、膀胱、尿道多种。发病后患者常明显感到腰腹部存在剧烈绞痛，尿血或是存在尿频、尿急等症状。临床上多采取手术治疗法，同时术前强化对患者的病症诊断，也是明确其疾病发展、完善手术方案的必经之路[2]。在常见的影像学检查方法中，X线、彩色多普勒超声的运用较为广泛，为了分析两种方法的实际效果，此次针对我院收治的152例疑似泌尿系统结石患者作为样本研究，内容如下。

1.1 一般资料

在获得院伦理委员会批准后，本次研究特从2020年9月至2021年3月间收治的患者资料库中，选出疑似泌尿系结石的152例患者来研究。……
