【摘 要】目的：研究对心梗介入治疗后患者应用心脏康复护理的效果。方法：选取于本院接受介入治疗的心梗患者68例（2020年4月至2021年4月），通过抽签方式将患者均分为两组，对照组（34例，应用常规护理），观察组（34例，应用心脏康复护理），对比分析两组护理前后心理状态、各项心脏功能、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果：护理后，两组患者SDS、SAS评分均有所降低，与对照组相比，观察组明显更低（P<0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组总运动时间、ST段压低时间明显更短（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者生活质量均有所提升，与对照组相比，观察组明显更高（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意率97.06%，明显高于对照组护理满意率76.47%（P<0.05）。结论：在心梗介入治疗后患者护理过程中，应用心脏康复护理效果理想，可消除患者负性情绪，改善患者心脏功能以及生活质量，提升护理满意度，推广可行性较高。

Effect of Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing on the Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients After Myocardial Infarction Interventional Therapy

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients after infarct interventional therapy.Methods：A total of 68 patients with myocardial infarction （from April 2020 to April 2021） who received interventional therapy in our hospital were selected， and the patients were divided into two groups by lottery.The control group （34 cases，with routine care）and the observation group（34 cases， application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing），comparative analysis of the psychological state， various cardiac functions，quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing.Results：After nursing， the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups of patients were reduced， compared with the control group， the observation group was significantly lower（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group， the total exercise time and ST segment depression time in the observation group were significantly shorter（P<0.05）.After nursing， the quality of life of the two groups of patients was improved， compared with the control group， the observation group was significantly higher（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.06%， which was significantly higher than 76.47% in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： In the nursing process of patients after myocardial infarction，the application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing has an ideal effect，which can eliminate patients’ negative emotions， improve patients’ cardiac function and quality of life， improve nursing satisfaction， and promote the feasibility of high.

心肌梗死是心臟急症的一种，胸骨后持续性剧烈疼痛是该病主要临床症状，患有该病的患者通常会伴有血清心肌酶活性增强等状况，患有该病患者易并发心律失常、心力衰竭等症状，会严重影响患者的身体健康与生活质量，严重时会危及患者生命[1]。近些年，该病在我国发病率逐年提升，有效的治疗与护理措施十分必要。当前，心肌梗死临床主要治疗方式为心梗介入治疗，但大部分患者对此种治疗方式缺乏足够了解，所以易产生恐惧、焦虑等负性情绪[2]。本次研究对心梗介入治疗后患者应用心脏康复护理的效果做对比分析。……
