【摘 要】目的：分析对于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者运用手术室整体护理的临床价值。方法：对照组患者行手术室常规护理，观察组患者联合应用手术室整体护理。结果：观察组手术时间、失血量、术后排气时间以及住院天数较对照组更短（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为2.63%低于对照组的13.16%（P<0.05）。结论：对于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者运用手术室整体护理可缩短手术时间、加快术后康复并降低术后并发症发生率。

Analysis of the value of holistic nursing in operating room during laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical value of holistic nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods： The patients in the control group received routine nursing in the operating room， and the patients in the observation group received integrated nursing in the operating room. Results： The operation time， blood loss， postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）；The incidence of postoperative complications was 2.63% in the observation group lower than 13.16% in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The use of overall operating room care for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can shorten the operation time， accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.

腹腔镜辅助下的根治性手术是目前对于结直肠癌患者十分常用的治疗手段。在腹腔镜设备的辅助下，能够获得较为清晰和广阔的手术视野，所以可实现术中的精准操作，有利于避免对周围脏器形成影响和干扰，降低手术的创伤性，并且能够获得与传统开放性手术同等的疗效，因此近年来腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的应用受到广大结直肠癌患者的认可与青睐。然而结直肠癌患者受到自身病情、认知不同以及术中麻醉药物应用和手术创伤性操作等因素影响，可出现紧张、焦虑等负性情绪且具有一定的术后并发症风险，如皮下气肿、泌尿系感染、切口感染等，对患者的术后恢复以及手术疗效均造成不良影响[1]。手术中高质量的护理配合是缩短患者手术时间，确保手术得以顺利完成的重要环节，同时也有利于为患者的术后尽早康复奠定良好基础。
