【摘 要】目的：为了全面了解聊城市东昌府区实行免费婚前医学检查后取得的成效，为认真落实《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》，实施《东昌府区妇女发展规划》和《东昌府区儿童发展规划》促进东昌府区婚前医学检查工作更好地开展，为降低出生人口缺陷，倡导免费婚前医学检查，维护婚育人群的生殖健康。方法：对在东昌府区婚姻登记处准备结婚登记的男女青年提供体检的结果进行统计分析。结果：自开始实施免费婚前医学检查后2017年、2018年、2019年、2020年聊城市东昌府区免费婚前医学检查率分别达到75.2%、75.8%、76.4%、85.1%，比实行免费婚前医学检查前有较大增长的趋势。结论：自实行免费婚前医学检查后能够更快更有效地提高婚前医学检查率，降低出生缺陷发病率，值得推广与借鉴。

Analysis of free premarital medical examination in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City

【Abstract】Objective：In order to fully understand the results achieved after the implementation of free premarital medical examination in Dongchangfu District， Liaocheng City， to earnestly implement the law of the people’s Republic of Chinaon maternal and infant health care， implement the women’s development plan of Dongchangfu Districtand children’s development plan of Dongchangfu District， promote the better development of premarital medical examination in Dongchangfu District， and reduce birth defects， Advocate free premarital medical examination to maintain the reproductive health of married and childbearing people. Methods： The results of physical examination provided by young men and women preparing for marriage registration in Dongchangfu District marriage registration office were statistically analyzed. Results： Since the implementation of free premarital medical examination， the rate of free premarital medical examination in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City reached 75.2%， 75.8%， 76.4% and 85.1% respectively in 2017， 2018， 2019 and 2020， which showed a great growth trend compared with that before the implementation of free premarital medical examination. Conclusion：The implementation of free premarital medical examination can improve the rate of premarital medical examination faster and more effectively， and reduce the incidence rate of birth defects.

為了提高聊城市东昌府区的婚前医学检查率，降低出生人口缺陷，东昌府区卫生和计划生育局、中共东昌府区委宣传部、东昌府区财政局、东昌府区民政局、东昌府区妇女联合会五部门联合下发，东昌卫计字〔2016〕32号文件《关于印发<东昌府区免费婚检工作方案>的通知》，自2016年4月11日起在全区范围内实行免费婚前医学检查服务，努力提高婚检率，降低出生人口缺陷。现将结果分析如下。

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年1月至2015年12月，2017年1月至2020年12月准备在东昌府区婚姻登记处结婚登记，且接受聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院为其提供的婚前医学检查的男女青年为研究对象。……
