【摘 要】目的：探究案例教学法在内科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法：分别选择2019年1月至12月和2020年1月至12月本院校进入实习阶段的45例（对照组）和48例（观察组）护生为研究对象。对照组实习期间采用常规带教方式进行实习教学，观察组采用案例教学法进行教學。对比两组实习结束后护生综合能力和对实习教学的满意度。结果：实习完成后，观察组护生在理论考核、基础护理操作和专科护理操作方面的所得评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05），护生对带教老师的教学态度、教学方法和内容方面满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在护生实习带教中采用案例教学法，有助于提高护生综合能力，提高护生对带教实习工作的满意度。

Application of case teaching method in internal nursing practice teaching

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of case teaching method in internal medicine nursing practice teaching.Methods： 45 nursing students （control group） and 48 nursing students （observation group） who entered the internship phase from January 2019 to December 2019 and January 2020 to December 2020were selected as the research objects. During the internship period， the control group was educated by conventional teaching methods， and the observation group used case teaching methods.The comprehensive ability of the nursing students and the satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results： After the completion of the internship， the scores of nursing students in the observation group in theoretical assessment， basic nursing operation and specialized nursing operation were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05），and the satisfaction of nursing students with the teaching attitude， teaching methods and content of teachers was higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The use of case teaching method in the practice teaching of nursing students is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability of the nurses and improve the satisfaction of the nursing students to the teaching practice.

内科疾病多而复杂，需要护理人员拥有较扎实的专业知识和技能。常规内科护理实习教学多分阶段性理论讲座、现场示范、护生实践操作3步进行，该教学方法虽能满足护生对护理实施和技能的掌握，但这种单方面输出式教学不利于护生自主服务意识和临床护理问题解决能力的培养[1]。探究新的高效的内科护理带教方法一直以来是内科人才培养的重点。本研究就在内科护理实习带教中引入案例分析法的教学效果进行观察，现总结如下。

1.1 一般资料

选择2020年1月至12月本院校进行实习阶段的48例护生为观察组，2019年1月至12月的45例为对照组。纳入标准：在校期间拿到护理学习相关科目学分；……
