【摘 要】目的：观察温针灸结合注射玻璃酸钠治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节病的临床效果。方法：单双号随机分配法将2019年1月至12月收治的100例阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节病患者均分为两组。对照组注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗；实验组用玻璃酸钠联合温针灸治疗。对比两组临床效果、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、半年随访复发率。结果：实验组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。与对照组比，实验组治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分明显升高，VAS评分和半年随访复发率明显下降（P<0.05）。结论：温针灸结合注射玻璃酸钠治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节病疗效确切，可促进关节功能恢复，缓解疼痛，预防疾病复发。

Therapeutic effect of warm needle moxibustion combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthropathy of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of warm needle moxibustion combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthropathy of yang deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods：100 cases of knee osteoarthropathy of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection； the experimental group was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with warm needle moxibustion. The clinical effects， knee joint function， pain degree， and recurrence rate of the six months follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group， the score of Lysholm knee in the experimental group was increased after treatment， and the VAS score and the recurrence rate of the half-year followup were decreased（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Warm needle moxibustion combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate has a definite effect in treating knee osteoarthropathy of yang deficiency and cold coagulation， which can promote joint function recovery， relieve pain and prevent disease recurrence.

膝骨關节病是以关节软骨退行性变和继发性骨质增生为特征的慢性关节疾病，最终导致关节僵硬、肿胀、疼痛和功能丧失，严重影响患者的生活质量。有调查显示，膝骨关节病全球发病率为3.8%，发病机理可能与软骨及周围血管、韧带等软组织密切相关[1]。口服非甾体类药物和注射糖皮质激素都是较为常用的治疗方法，但存在副作用大、疗效不稳定、药物耐受等问题。中医针刺疗法是WHO推荐治疗膝关节炎病的方法之一，具有安全、有效的特点。鉴于此，本研究采用中医温针灸联合玻璃酸钠注射液对50例患者进行治疗，现就结果总结如下：

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年1月至12月在我院针灸科治疗的100例阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节病患者为研究对象。按单双号随机分配为两组，每组50例。……
