【摘 要】目的：对儿科肺炎所进行的优质护理应用加以分析，并进一步为儿科肺炎的护理总结出可有效提升质量的临床实践依据。方法：选取2020年3月至2021年3月我院所收治的肺炎患儿248例，并将其随机划分成对照组与观察组，每组肺炎患儿124例。其中，對观察组患儿采用优质护理方式，对对照组患儿则采用常规护理方式。对患儿及其家属对于临床护理的满意度做出调查，并进一步对肺炎患儿的治疗效果进行实时观察。结果：对照组护理满意度82.3%，观察组护理满意度则达到96.8%（P<0.05）。同时，对照组治疗总有效率80.7%，观察组治疗总有效率95.2%，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：采用优质护理的方式，能够有效提升儿科肺炎护理的质量，临床中可做推广。

Application of high quality nursing in pediatric pneumonia nursing

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application of high-quality nursing in pediatric pneumonia， and further summarize the clinical practice basis that can effectively improve the quality for the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.Methods：248 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 124 children in each group. Among them， high-quality nursing was adopted for children in the observation group， and routine nursing was adopted for children in the control group. To investigate the satisfaction of children and their families with clinical nursing， and further observe the treatment effect of children with pneumonia in real time. Results： The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 82.3%， while that of the observation group was 96.8%（P<0.05）. At the same time， the total effective rate of the control group was 80.7%， and that of the observation group was 95.2%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. 对于儿童而言，肺炎是其儿童阶段所常见的多发病症之一，在冬、夏季发病率持续增高，且已呈现出逐年递增的态势。待儿童患病后，通常会发生咳嗽、发热、以及呼吸困难等症状，此时肺部的湿啰音较明显。若为轻度症状，则会使患儿的生活质量受到不同程度的影响；若为重度症状，则会诱发其他多种病症的出现，如肺气肿、肺大泡、以及呼吸衰竭等，不仅影响患儿的生活质量，更会使儿童的生长发育质量受到制约[1]。因此，不但要针对患儿病症进行及时且有效的对症治疗，更要同步提升肺炎患儿的临床护理质量。唯有如此，才能确保肺炎患儿康复速度与康复质量的同步提升。……
