【摘 要】目的：探讨无剖宫产指征初产妇行剖宫产手术分娩的临床原因。方法：选取2021年1月至2021年9月间我院收治的100例无剖宫产指征初产妇，随机分为Ⅰ组（n=50）和Ⅱ组（n=50），Ⅱ组为自然分娩产妇，I组为剖宫产产妇；观察影响分娩的因素。结果：对比两组产妇的文化程度、职业、流产史、结婚时间、居住地、月收入，数据有差异（P<0.05）；对比两组产妇的负性情绪、恐惧疼痛心理、恐惧难产心理、认同剖宫产的安全性、恐惧合并其他疾病、对医师信任度，数据有差异（P<0.05）。结论：无剖宫产指征初产妇行剖宫产的原因在于害怕疼痛感，对自然分娩具有恐惧感，认为剖宫产的安全系数高，后续应多开展剖宫产的健康教育，降低剖宫产的发生率。

Clinical analysis of cesarean section in primiparous women without cesarean section indication

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical causes of cesarean section in primiparous women without cesarean section indication. Methods：100 primiparas without indications of cesarean section treated in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were randomly divided into group I （n = 50） and group II （n = 50），group II was the parturient of natural delivery， and group I was the parturient of cesarean section； To observe the factors affecting delivery.Results：There were significant differences in education， occupation， abortion history， marriage time， residence and monthly income between the two groups（P<0.05）； The negative emotion， fear of pain， fear of dystocia， recognition of the safety of cesarean section， fear of merging other diseases and trust in doctors were compared between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The reason for cesarean section in primiparous women without indications of cesarean section lies in the fear of pain and natural delivery. It is considered that the safety factor of cesarean section is high. More health education of cesarean section should be carried out in the follow-up to reduce the incidence of cesarean section.

剖宮产手术在临床中是十分常见的一项分娩方式，可有效减轻产妇的疼痛，对于部分不适宜选择自然分娩的产妇其安全性更高。不过在选择剖宫产手术时容易诱发诸多并发症，例如在手术后对产妇的机体损伤较大，易出现伤口感染情况，同时也不利于新生儿生长发育[1]。一般而言，在实施剖宫产手术时需要具备基本的剖宫产指证，但在临床中很多医生和家属为了满足产妇需求，通常在不具备剖宫产指证的条件下实施手术，影响了产妇的身体健康。下面我院选取收治的100例无剖宫产指征初产妇作为研究对象，分析他们行剖宫产手术分娩的原因，现详细报告如下。
