【摘 要】目的：观察腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼的麻醉效果分析。方法：我院2017年6月至2020年6月收治的90例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者为本次研究对象，按照是否应用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼的麻醉将患者分为对照组（45例：应用吸入复合麻醉）与实验组（45例：应用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉），比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：实验组患者术后苏醒时间、拔管时间、平均住院时间均早于对照组，此外，实验组患者术后不良反应发生率（8.89%）低于对照组，数据差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉效果显著优于吸入复合麻醉。。

Analysis of anesthetic effect of propofol combined with remifentanil in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection patients using propofol compound fentanyl anesthesia effect analysis. Methods： From June 2017 - June 2020， 90 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection treated in our hospital as the study object， according to whether the application of composite red fentanyl propofol anesthesia patients can be divided into the control group （45 cases：the suction compound anesthesia） and experimental group （45cases，application of propofol compound fentanyl anesthesia）， to compare two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results： The patients with postoperative waking time， extubation time， average hospitalization time in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group，in addition， the experimental group patients postoperative incidence of adverse reactions （8.89%） was lower than the control group， the data gap significantly（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection patients composite rui fentanyl propofol anesthesia effect is significantly better than inhaled compound anesthesia.

腹腔鏡微创术式因创伤小、术中出血量少、术后恢复快等优点，在临床得到极大的推广，但是腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术仍属于侵入性操作，术中气腹的建立易增加血流动力学的不稳定性，因此选择合适的麻醉方式，减轻术中操作对患者造成的生理应激刺激就显得尤为重要[1]。本次研究比较我院2017年6月至2020年6月90例分别行吸入复合麻醉以及丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者治疗效果的影响，具体内容如下。

1.1 一般资料

选取我院2017年6月至2020年6月收治的90例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者为本次研究对象，按照是否应用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼的麻醉将患者均分为实验组及对照组。……
