半导体激光治疗小儿支气管炎对白细胞的影响

【摘 要】目的:研究小兒支气管炎治疗中半导体激光的应用效果和对白细胞的影响。方法:自2020年9月至2021年3月抽取60例应用半导体激光进行治疗的小儿支气管炎患者,回顾分析患儿疗效。结果:患者治疗总有效率为98.33%,治疗后的各炎性因子指标均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光疗法应用于小儿支气管炎中,可以对患者白细胞以及其他炎性因子起到积极调节作用,在改善疾病相关症状体征方面可获得较满意的效果。

The effect of semiconductor laser on white blood cells in the treatment of bronchitis in children

【Abstract】Objective:To study the application effect of semiconductor laser and its influence on white blood cells in the treatment of bronchitis in children.Methods:From September 2020 to March 2021, 60 cases of pediatric bronchitis patients treated with semiconductor laser were selected, and the curative effect of the children was analyzed retrospectively. Results: The total effective rate of treatment was 98.33%, and the inflammatory factors after treatment were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of semiconductor laser therapy in pediatric bronchitis can positively regulate the patient’s white blood cells and other inflammatory factors, and obtain satisfactory results in improving disease-related symptoms and signs.

儿童因为尚未发育完全的免疫力限制,对于所处环境中的各种病原体抵抗力更弱,受感染患病的概率相对更高,支气管炎即为其中一种常见类型,发作时以高热伴咳嗽咳痰、身体乏力为主要表现[1-2]。解除病因、对症处理是临床治疗该疾病的主要方向,包括退热、止咳、平喘、祛痰等,物理手段和药物干预是最主要的措施,但调查发现,有部分患者在上述措施下见效缓慢,这与个体差异有关,预后不良可能导致儿童病情迁延不愈甚至继发严重的肺部、喉部、鼻部等相关性炎症[3-4]。怎样提升疗效始终是临床重点研究方向,本文中对部分接受半导体激光治疗者的效果进行分析,发现该治疗方案对小儿支气管炎具备较可靠的疗效,内容如下。
1.1 一般资料
自2020年9月至2021年3月抽取60例应用半导体激光进行治疗的小儿支气管炎患者,其中男35例,女25例,年龄1岁~8岁,平均年龄(4.36±1.99)岁。患儿均在入院后积极提供药物疗法,在疗效不满意的情况下接受半导体激光治疗。……
