摘要：“教师是立教之本、兴教之源，承担着让每个孩子健康成长、办好人民满意教育的重任。”师资队伍是教育的第一资源，青年教师是高校发展的生力军，是未来推进教育综合改革的关键因素。我们要立足于高校教育的内涵式发展，以提升素质为目标，以质量为导向，加强教师队伍建设，不断促进高校青年教师更新思想观念，优化知识结构，养成职业道德，锻造优质青年师资。

Abstract："The teacher ， the foundation and source of education ， bears the heavy responsibility of making each of the children healthy growth and meets the people's satisfaction of education." Teachers are the first resources of education， and young teachers are a new force for the development of colleges and universities， which is a key factor in promoting the comprehensive reform of education in the future. We want the connotation type development based on the college education， in order to improve the quality ， take the quality as the guide， take the "three firmly establish" as the core， strengthen the construction of teachers' team， constantly promote the young teachers to update ideas， optimize the structure of knowledge， professional ethics， and build quality of young teachers.

習近平总书记强调，“教师是立教之本、兴教之源，承担着让每个孩子健康成长、办好人民满意教育的重任。”[1]加强教师队伍建设是提高高等教育质量的根本性保障，也是进一步深化教育综合改革的关键性因素。高校要培养适应现代社会发展的高素质创新人才，就必须建设一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构优化、富于活力和创新意识的高水平教师队伍。俄国教育家里宁曾说，加强对培养人的人的培养比直接培养人更重要。青年教师是高校教学科研骨干的后备军，是促进现代高校教育改革与未来发展的有生力量，加强青年教师队伍建设是当前教育改革的重要课题之一。

一、强化理论武装，坚定青年教师的理想信念

党的十八大报告中明确指出，要广泛开展理想信念教育。理想信念是一个人的精神支撑和动力之源。习近平总书记在同北京师范大学师生代表座谈讲话中提出，好老师心中要有国家和民族，要明确意识到肩负国家使命和社会责任。……
