[摘    要]伴随着我国工业化进程的不断推进，冶金行业发展势头迅猛。对于冶金行业而言，自动化仪表的大量使用，较大的提升了冶金企业的综合效益。文章以冶金高炉工程自动化仪表为研究对象，详细论述了自动化仪表的安装要点以及注意事项，旨在全面提升冶金行业自动化仪表的使用效果，推动企业健康有序发展。

[Abstract]With the continuous progress of China's industrialization process， the metallurgical industry is developing rapidly.For the metallurgical industry， the large use of automated instruments has greatly improved the comprehensive benefits of metallurgical enterprises.With the automatic instrument as the research object， the installation points and precautions are discussed in detail， aiming to comprehensively improve the use effect of the automatic instrument in the metallurgical industry and promote the healthy and orderly development of the enterprise.

相较于其他行业而言，冶金行业的生产环境十分苛刻。其生产环境具备振动强、粉末的浓度较高，生产温度较高等特性，在这种生产环境下，自动化检测仪表适应环境的能力极强，能够在生产现场对所有数据信息进行有效读取。这样能够切实降低现场检测人员数量，避免恶劣的生产环境带给人员的身体健康损害，还能提升数据读取效率和精准度。本文以高炉自动化仪表系统为研究对象，详细论述了自动化仪表的安装要点以及注意事项，解决安装中面临的问题。

1 高炉仪表工程概述

高炉自动电气仪表装置设计及安装施工是整个高炉系统工程的重要组成部分，在工艺制造中有工业眼睛之称。随着工业自动控制技术水平的日益提升，现代智能仪器和PLC以及DCS等计算机技术控制系统在高炉制造中的应用，其影响也愈来愈大，地位越来越高。某高炉仪器仪表工程项目按产品体系，主要包括以下几个组成部分：室外综合管路仪表、供料及上料控制系统仪表、本体及附件系统工程仪表、出铁场控制系统仪表、水冲洗仪表、热风炉控制系统仪表、烟气清理控制系统仪表、通风机站仪器仪表、烟气余压发电TRT系列仪表和喷煤系列仪表等控制系统。……
