摘 要：选取《两岸科学技术名词差异手册》中的英源医药类外来词，通过对两岸医药类外来词进行归纳和分析，运用社会语言学的变异理论，来对两岸外来词变异现象进行研究，并结合术语的相关规范原则，对变异的原因进行分析和评价，以便于两岸在文化、科学等多方面的交流。

Study on the Variation of Medical Loanwords between Chinese Mainland and Taiwan//YANG Kexin，FENG Haixia

Abstract： We select the English medical loanwords of Manual of Different Scientific Terms in Mainland and Taiwan Region， through the induction and analysis of the medical loanwords of cross-straits， and using the variation theory of sociolinguistics， to study the variation phenomenon of the foreign words. Based on combining the normative principles of terminology， we analyze and evaluate the causes of the variation， so as to facilitate the communication of cross-straits in culture， science.

1 两岸英源医药类外来词称名变异类型

祖国大陆和台湾地区由于诸多历史原因，在词汇的使用上有许多差异，虽然同祖同宗，都使用汉民族共同语，但是一些外来的科技术语进入两岸时，发生了变异。这种变异不存在正体和变体，一方的产生不以另一方为依据，而呈现一种并存并行的状态，这也是两岸英源外来词变异的特殊性。本文选取《两岸科学技术名词差异手册》[1]（以下简称《手册》）医药类词中的外来词为蓝本，排除繁简字的干扰（以下所有词形区别均不考虑繁简字），将其变异类型按照翻译方式分为翻译方式相同的变异和翻译方式不同的变异两类，再进行细致的归类。

1.1 翻译方式相同的变异

我们用“意译”“纯音译”“音意兼译”“半音译半意译”“意译+借形”5种翻译方式对两岸翻译的外来词进行了归类，将两岸使用相同翻译方式的词产生的词汇变异称为“翻译方式相同的变异”。……
