摘 要 论文通过调查问卷形式，从信息素养教育主体、形式、内容、效果四方面了解应用型人才信息素养培养现状，深入浅出地分析信息素养教育在应用型人才培养中存在的问题，有针对性地提出从协同空间建设实现信息素养教育多样性、创新课程内容实现信息素养教学层次性、融合专业教育强化信息素养教育针对性、组建学习共同体促进信息素养教育效果四个方面创新信息素养培养途径，助力应用型人才培养。

Abstract In this paper， we do this questionnaire about the information literacy training of applied talents from the main body， content， theme and effect of information literacy education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in information literacy education in the training of application talents， and puts forward four innovative information literacy training ways to help the cultivation of applied talents from four aspects： the construction of collaborative space to realize the diversity of information literacy education， the innovation of curriculum content to realize the hierarchy of information literacy teaching， the integration of professional education to strengthen the pertinence of information literacy education， and the establishment of learning community to promote the effect of information literacy education.

0 引言

为满足经济社会发展需要人才，国家鼓励条件成熟的院校向应用型高等院校转变，培养经济社会发展需要的应用型人才。作为从事一线工作的应用型人才，需要熟练掌握各类专业技能的运用和应用，并不断提高自我学习能力、创新创业实践能力。而影响这些能力发挥的关键因素在于能否准确、快速学习、汲取到工作中所需要的知识和信息。针对这一方面，独立学院的学生们首先需要具备“信息素养”能力。图书馆作为独立学院人才培养和科学研究服务的学术性服务机构[1]，应顺应时代发展，紧跟学校转型发展的各项工作目标，积极探索、创新应用型人才的信息素养教育，提高在校学生的信息应用能力，助力学院应用型人才培养。笔者作为所在院校的图书馆管理者，有感于近年来图书馆作为信息素养教育的主体，在培养形……
