摘要：某公司生产的某系列轿车，其发动机机罩无法开启的故障，在售后市场的质量抱怨一度非常严重，严重影响了汽车的正常使用，有部分用户甚至投诉至国家质检总局，严重损坏了公司品牌形象。结合机罩锁系统的工作机理及故障处理经验，本文分析了故障产生的根本原因，提出了相应的改进措施，给出了经济便捷的售后故障维修方法。同时将相关零件的技术要求，纳入到机罩锁系统的技术设计标准，并补充完善了性能认可试验规范，为该公司在机罩锁系统的开发认可方面提供了重要的经验反馈和设计指导。

Abstract： The failure of the engine hood of a series of cars produced by a company wasonce very serious in the after-sales market， which seriously affected the normal use of the car.Some users even complained to the Aosio， which seriously damaged the company's brandimage. Combined with the working mechanism and fault handling experience of hood locksystem， this paper analyzes the root causes of faults， puts forward corresponding improvementmeasures， and gives an economical and convenient after-sales fault maintenance method. Atthe same time， the technical requirements of relevant parts are incorporated into the technicaldesign standards of hood lock system， and the performance approval test specifications aresupplemented and improved， which provides important experience feedback and designguidance for the company in the development and approval of hood lock system.

汽車的机罩锁系统，其主要功能是开启、关闭、定位及锁紧发动机罩。它安装在车辆前端，由驾乘人员通过拨转内部开启手柄带动钢丝拉绳进行往复传动机罩锁，实现机罩开启及锁止。相对其它车身功能件而言，其使用频率较低，但发动机罩锁系统关系着车辆的行车安全以及发动机舱零件的防盗安全，其功能的完备性，直接关系着汽车的正常使用，严重影响客户的操控体验和使用感知。

1 产品结构与功能要求

发动机机罩锁的操控系统主要由机罩锁、控制拉索、密封胶塞、内部开启手柄等组成，在各部件的相互配合作用下，实现机罩的开启和关闭。该款车的机罩锁与控制拉索之间是通过塑料卡扣进行连接的。……
