【摘要】目的：分析个性化护理干预应用于支气管肺炎感染患儿中的临床效果。方法：从我院2020年3月至2021年1月支气管肺炎感染患儿88例，按奇数偶数分组法分为研究组和比对组，每组患儿44例，比对组患儿实施传统护理干预，研究组患儿实施个性化护理干预，比对两组患儿的各项临床指标及患儿家长护理满意率。结果：研究组患儿肺啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间及咳嗽消失时间均低于比对组，组间对比差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组患儿家长护理满意率为90.91%，明显高于比对组的72.73%，对比分析统计学差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：个性化护理干预應用于支气管肺炎感染患儿中的临床效果理想，临床推广应用价值较高。

[ Abstract ] Objective ： To analyze the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention on children with bronchial pneumonia infection. Methods ： 88 children with bronchial pneumonia infection in our hospital from March 2020 to January 2021 were divided into study group and comparison group according to odd and even grouping method， 44 cases in each group. The children in the comparison group were treated with traditional nursing intervention， and the children in the study group were treated with individualized nursing intervention. The clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction rate of parents of the two groups were compared. Results ： The disappearance time of pulmonary rales， body temperature recovery time and cough disappearance time in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P < 0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate of parents in the study group was 90.91 %， which was significantly higher than 72.73 % in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （ P < 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia infection is ideal， and the clinical application value is high.

支气管肺炎感染为儿科临床常见且多发疾病类型，与季节更换存在极强关联性，以发热和咳嗽为主要临床表现，如未行及时有效的治疗，可引发患儿心脑类并发症，影响患儿健康成长，因此临床中需给予小儿患者护理干预以有效提升治疗效果，改善预后效果。本文针对2020年3月至2021年1月收治的支气管肺炎感染患儿行个性化护理干预的临床效果进行分析，具体内容见下文所示。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

从我院2020年3月至2021年1月支气管肺炎感染患儿88例，按奇数偶数分组法分为研究组和比对组，每组患儿44例，纳入标准：①符合支气管肺炎感染临床诊断标准;②无合并心肺类、肝肾类疾病;③无合并其它慢性疾病;④患儿家长签署我院知情同意书。……
