摘要：从社会正义与城市空间的关联演变出发，以日常回归的价值取向、考察主体的多元转向、差异诉求的身份细化以及弱势补偿的群体倾斜为管控体系建构的价值导向，重构社区公共绿地与社区居民交互的时空秩序和社会公共关系，筛选出行为与时空多重约束下的可达正义、个体与组织邻里修复的差异正义、需求与潜力能力空间匹配的效益正义、碎片与共同体接纳回归的补偿正义4项准则层以及相应的12项子准则层和36项方案层管控要素，在城市规划层面之上置入相应的社会学、政治学与经济学标度，以此作为传统城市研究时空视角的补充，以期转向差异化建构和包容性治理的更具空间意识的未来城市权利重塑行动。

Abstract： Based on the associated evolution of social justice and urban space， the research rebuilds the spatial and temporal order and social public relations between community public green spaces and community residents by reconstructing the control system with the value orientation of daily return， multiple turn of investigation subjects， identity refinement for different appeals and compensation for the vulnerable groups. We select 4 criteria， which include “accessibility justice under multiple behavior， time and space constraints”， “diversity justice under restoration between individuals and organizations”， “effectiveness justice under matching of demand and potentials”， and “compensation justice under rebuilding of fragments and community”， and 12 sub-criterion layers with 36 scheme layers as the control elements. Furthermore， the corresponding sociological， political and economic scales are inserted in the urban planning to supplement the traditional perspective of time and space in urban research. It is expected to help transform towards the future urban right reconstruction action with more spatial awareness through differentiated construction and inclusive governance.

社区公共绿地为城市居民提供共享自然、连接邻里、促进社交的基本场所，赋予日常生活感知意义。更为重要的是，它提供社区居民在社会阶层、地理场域、需求偏好以外共享城市的权利。对包括社区公共绿地在内的城市空间公共利益最大化的价值内涵思考与实现路径探索最终指向一种韧性和永续的发展，以实现“自然—社会—空间”修复为目标，能够促进空间从同质化生产向异质化生长转化。对于社区公共绿地正义性的考量与检视正是空间化正义与正义化空间的累叠。
