摘要只有全面了解小学科学教师队伍现状、培训需求，准确掌握科学课教育教学的基本现状、主要成绩、存在问题等，才能为教师培训、教学研究和行政决策提供依据。2020年6月，我们通过问卷调查、实地考察、资料梳理、信息汇总等方式，对辽宁省A市科学教师队伍现状、科学研训工作进展、科学课程实施三个方面进行了调研。

Research Report on Science Teachers and Teaching in Primary Schools

——Take City A of Liaoning Province in 2020 as an example

Abstract： Only by fully understanding the current situation and training needs of primary school science teachers， and accurately mastering the basic situation， main achievements and existing problems of science educa？ tion and teaching， can we provide basis for teacher training， teaching research and administrative decision-mak？ ing. In June 2020， we investigated the current situation of science teachers， the progress of scientific research and training and the implementation of science curriculum in a city of Liaoning Province by means of question？ naire survey， field investigation， data sorting and information summary.

为全面了解小学科学教师队伍现状、培训需求，准确掌握科学课教育教学的基本现状、主要成绩、存在问题等，为辽宁省教师培训、教学研究和行政决策提供依据，2020年6月，我们通过问卷调查、实地考察、资料梳理、信息汇总等方式，对A市科学教师队伍现状、科学研训工作进展、科学课程实施三个方面进行了调研。

科学教师队伍基本情况

1.基本数据

A市有辖区5区4县和2所市直属学校。共有小学校150所，其中城镇学校48所，乡村学校102所。在校学生总数110587人。专职小学科学教师393人，教师结构如下表。

整体看，教师学历水平能满足学科教学需要，科学教师整体学历层次越来越高，城乡比例、性别比例之间的差距与前几年相比，都在逐渐缩小。虽然年龄比例差距也在减小，但40岁以上的教师还是占比最大，科学教师队伍的老龄化现象依然严重。最为突出的是兼职教师偏多，尤其是乡村学校，基本都是兼职教师担任科学课教学。更为严重的是，个别县、区甚至找不到一名真正的科学专职教师。……
