摘要为服务“健康中国”建设，高职院校积极探索参与提升社区居民健康素养的路径，本文分析了目前我国居民健康素养发展水平及特点、提升社区居民健康素养水平的必要性、目前提高社区居民健康素养水平的困境以及分析高职院校参与提升社区居民健康素养的路径，即加大健康类专业人才培养力度，结合岗位需求构建课程体系；吸纳大健康领域人才，提高教师健康素养水平；深化校企合作、产教融合，推动健康产业发展；完善现代职业教育制度，提升高职院校社会培训能力；与社区合作，利用好健康教育的阵地。

Research on the Path of Higher Vocational Colleges Participating in Improving Community Residents’ Health Literacy

AbstractIn order to serve the construction of "healthy China"， higher vocational colleges actively explore the ways to participate in improving the health literacy of community residents. This paper analyzes the current development level and characteristicsofhealthliteracyofresidentsinChina，thenecessityofimprovingthehealthliteracylevelofcommunityresidents Atpresent，thedilemmaofimprovingthehealthliteracylevelofcommunityresidentsandthepathofhighervocationalcolleges participating in improving the health literacy of community residents are analyzed， that is， to strengthen the training of health professionals and build a curriculum system in combination with job needs； Absorb talents in the field of health and improve teachers’ health literacy； Deepen school enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education， and promote the development of health industry； Improve the modern vocational education system and improve the social training ability of highervocationalcolleges；Cooperatewiththe communityand make good useofthepositionofhealtheducation.

1我國居民健康素养发展水平及特点

2021年4月1日，国家卫健委发布数据显示，2020年我国居民健康素养水平达到23.15%，比2019年提升3.98个百分点，增长幅度为历年最大。健康素养水平为23.15%，意味着每100个15～69岁的人群中，有23人具备了基本的健康素养，了解基本的健康知识和理念、掌握健康行为生活方式和行为内容以及具备基本的健康技能。

根据国家卫健委发布的数据显示，2020年健康素养水平具有以下特点；城市居民28.08%，农村居民20.3%，东部29.06%，中部21.01%，西部16.72%。不同人群健康水平分析男性23.31%，女性22.98%，年龄分布为年轻人（25-34岁）31.68%，老年人（65-69岁）8.49%。健康素养水平与文化程度有关，随着文化程度增高而增高，大专或本科及以上者47.53%，不识字或少识字者为2.15%，我国居民六类健康问题素养水平：安全与急救素养最高，55.23%，科学……
