摘要 慢性便秘发病率高，严重影响患者的生命质量，并能引发一系列严重危害。中医针对便秘病因多端、病性多样、病机多变等特点，运用灵活辨证、整体治疗思路，创制了众多有效方药，其中中成药治疗慢性便秘的优势尤为明显。现总结中医对慢性便秘的认识，分析其证治特点和用药规律，并以临床常用效方首荟通便胶囊为例，阐述中成药治疗慢性便秘的优势与应用，以期为患者提供简、便、效、廉的治疗方法。

Abstract The high incidence of chronic constipation seriously affects the quality of life of patients and can cause a series of serious harms.According to the characteristics of constipation with multiple causes，multiple diseases，and variable pathogenesis，Chinese medicine（CM） uses flexible syndrome differentiation and overall treatment ideas to create many effective prescriptions.Among them，Chinese patent medicines have obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic constipation.This paper summarizes CM′s understanding of chronic constipation，analyzes its characteristics of syndromes and treatments and medication rules，and uses the commonly used clinical prescription Shouhui Tongbian Capsules as an example to explain the advantages and applications of Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of chronic constipation，with a view to providing patients with simple and constipation，Effective and cheap treatment.

慢性便秘是一种临床常见的功能性肠道疾病。随着人们膳食结构的改变、生活节奏的加快，以及受社会心理因素的影响，慢性便秘的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前我国慢性便秘的发病率约为8.2%，且女性高于男性，尤其是城市女性患病率（15.2%）明显高于男性（4%）[1]。慢性便秘病程较长，病情易反复，严重影响患者的生命质量，且易引发其他疾病，对身体健康危害极大，同时也消耗了大量社会医疗资源。中医学在长期临床实践中对于慢性便秘的治疗积累了丰富经验，尤其是中成药的应用具有简、便、效、廉的显著优势。现就慢性便秘的中医药治疗思路以及中成药的应用进行探析，以供同道在临床实践中参考。

1 慢性便秘的概念及危害

便秘的主要临床表现为排便次数减少（每周排便少于3次），粪质干硬和（或）排便困难，包括排便费力、排出困难、排便不尽感、排便费时及需手法辅助排便。……
