[摘    要]经济社会发展步伐的加快刺激了民用航空事业的现代化，民用航空器维修的质量和安全管理越来越引起了人们的重视。随着民用航空器维修标准的提高，航空企业在针对航空器的维修工作中，必须要严格遵循这些标准，注意维修技术的创新，以利用新型的技术来保障维修质量和安全目标的实现，使民用航空器能够保持稳定、安全的运行状态。基于此，文章从民用航空器维修质量和安全管理的意义出发，探析了相应的管理策略，有利于指导民用航空器的维修工作。

[Abstract]The acceleration of economic and social development has stimulated the modernization of civil aviation. The quality and safety management of civil aircraft maintenance have attracted more and more attention. With the improvement of civil aircraft maintenance standards， aviation companies must strictly follow these standards in aircraft maintenance work， pay attention to the innovation of maintenance technology， and use new technologies to ensure the realization of maintenance quality and safety goals， so that civil aircraft Able to maintain a stable and safe operating state. Based on this， the article starts from the meaning of civil aircraft maintenance quality and safety management， and analyzes the corresponding management strategy， which is helpful to guide the maintenance work of civil aircraft.

民用航空器作為民航系统中的关键构成要素，承担着重要的飞行任务。多年来，我国的民航事业保持着迅猛发展的趋势，国家针对民航飞行、维修和管理等都陆续出台了相应的标准和规范，以确保民航的规范化发展。民用航空器的维修工作是一项专业性较强的工作，在维修工作开展时的质量和安全管理尤为重要，但现阶段的民用航空器维修质量和安全管理中尚存在很多的不足，维修工作并未达到标准化要求，未来的工作推进中，应加大在民用航空器维修质量和安全管理方面的投入。

1 民用航空器维修质量和安全管理的重要性
