[摘    要]近年来，我国电力工程领域快速发展与进步，电力工程技术管理陆续成为电力企业的重点环节。在电力工程具体建设当中，良好的技术管理机制能够推动电力企业的长久稳定发展。即便当前我国电力工程建设水平具有明显的提升，可是因为电力工程有着一定的复杂性，工程规模大，让工程技术管理具有相应的局限性。因此，文章基于电力企业工程技术管理的相应难点出发，提出相应的改进对策，以期为电力领域的可持续发展提供一定的参考依据。

[Abstract]In recent years， the field of electric power engineering in my country has developed rapidly and the management of electric power engineering technology has gradually become a key link of electric power enterprises. In the specific construction of electric power projects， a good technical management mechanism can promote the long-term and stable development of electric power enterprises. Even though the current level of my country's power engineering construction has been significantly improved， because power engineering has a certain degree of complexity and large scale of the project， engineering technology management has corresponding limitations. Therefore， based on the corresponding difficulties in the engineering technology management of electric power enterprises， this article proposes corresponding improvement countermeasures in order to provide a certain reference basis for the sustainable development of the electric power field.

近些年，我国电力工程规模不断扩充，项目数量持续增多，伴随社会经济的快速发展，人们对于电力工程技术有着更高的要求，让技术管理人员具有一定的挑战。科学合理的电力工程技术管理，可以提高管理人员的积极主动性，还能降低电力工程建设当中资源损耗程度，有效推动电力工程建设的有序进行。

1 电力工程技术管理概述

在电力项目实际施工开展之前，相关技术人员就需要对具体工程项目展开全方位的预分析。经过预分析设置相应技术管理方案，不断地进行推算、验证技术管理方案的可操作性。根据可行性分析报告对工程项目展开整体的评估，同时制定符合项目特征的相关执行措施。把工程项目方案呈报到上级部门进行审批，上级部门在审核完成之后与合作方签署监理合约，有序开展工程项目。……
