[摘    要]机械设计制造及其自动化技术的发展与普及推动了我国机械工业的发展，并使得机械制造企业迎来一轮新的发展高潮。本文通过分析机械设计制造及其自动化的特点与企业中应用的优势，表明机械自动化在现代企业发展的重要性，同时指出了现代机械制造企业中存在人才缺口大、企业内部实践化培训程度低、缺乏现代化的企业管理模式与自主创新能力等问题，并建议性地提出了对现代机械制造企业发展的方向，希望推动行业进步、保障企业的稳定与发展。

[Abstract]The development and popularization of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation technology promote the development of Chinese machinery industry and welcomed a new round of development climax.By analyzing the characteristics of mechanical design and manufacturing and the advantages of enterprises， it shows the importance of mechanical automation in modern enterprises， points out the large talent gap， low internal practical training degree， lack of modern enterprise management mode and independent innovation ability， and proposes the development direction of modern machinery manufacturing enterprises， hoping to promote the progress of the industry and ensure the stability and development of enterprises.

1 機械设计制造及其自动化的特征与优势

机械设计制造领域作为第一产业，是我国工业产业中的支柱产业。机械制造领域的发展带动了原材料行业、设计与加工行业、销售行业等行业的发展，推动着我国经济的高质量发展。自动化技术的兴起与在机械设计制造领域的应用为机械制造行业注入了新的动力，解决了传统机械制造行业劳动力需求大、原材料与能源消耗大、机械制造品精细化程度低、环境污染问题等一系列问题。机械设计制造及其自动化在当前时代的另一大优势就是对于个性化设计的满足，个性化设计代表了市场广度的无限延伸与设计生产能力的极大提高，并通过各种技术手段压缩生产过程中的冗余和浪费。PC技术、PLC技术与以太网技术的融合使得自动化机械制造设备的响应速度、控制灵活度、柔性以及协调性生产能力都得到了极大提升。……
