摘要：当下，随着我国社会的迅猛发展，以及人们生活的显著提高，尤其是对一些大型的工程建设而言，它们在进行工程建设的过程中，都会选择一些专业性强，且符合本公司实际的代建公司，只需告诉这些公司所需建设的内容即可，这样的方式则是经由工程代建发展而来。因为代建工程不是一个小项目，所以会计在当前社会也获得了快速发展，但会计核算中存在的问题依然未能减少。基于此，本文对于代建工程会计核算存在的问题进行分析，以供参考。

Abstract： At present， with the rapid development of our society and the significant improvement of people’s lives， especially for some large-scale engineering constructions， they will choose some strong professionalism in the process of engineering construction and conform to the company The actual agent construction company only needs to tell these companies what they need to build， and this method is developed through engineering agent construction. Because the agent construction project is not a small project， accounting has also achieved rapid development in the current society， but the problems in accounting have not been reduced. Based on this， this article analyzes the existing problems in the accounting of agent construction projects for reference.

引言：

现阶段，对于我国经济的发展，用一个词语形容，那就是日新月异，所以工程代建制度在此环境下也更加流行。对于这一制度的出现，顺便也带动了会计核算的产生。但从职业角度来看，与此相关的规章制度较为欠缺，不能对该行业进行有效的监督与管理，所以也就很容易致使問题滋生，打乱行业的有序发展，因此，面对当下这种情况，急需要对此进行探究与讨论。

一、代建工程会计核算简述

代建工程，即是指需要进行工程建设的委托人，将所需建设的内容全部交由开发企业，待开发企业接受条件之后所开展的工程建设，当然，这一过程中，对于材料的购买与设计也属于开发公司的职责。代建工程作为一种新的工作模式，在我国现代建筑业中广受欢迎，且运用最为普遍，这种模式相对来说比较新颖，但目前由于相关机制的欠缺，所以在具体应用过程中不断出现新问题，面对这种情形，最为关键的步骤是找到问题根源，并对其有效解决[1]。……
