摘要在线教学是当前的主流教学方式，是传统教学的有效补充，随着信息技术的不断发展，大数据等技术手段不断革新和普及，在线教学逐渐在全国各大高校普及，但在教学质量、模式等方面上并没有规范化的制度，所以完善高校在线教学管理制度是一个迫切需要完成的任务。本文从教学监督、评价、教学管理人员信息技术能力等方面入手，对高校在线教学管理制度的完善进行探讨，提出对构建在线教学管理制度、线上评价制度、在线教学管理的总结制度等措施，以期推动我国高校在线教学管理的制度发展。

The System Improvement Path of University Teaching Management under the Background of Online Teaching

AbstractOnline teaching is the current mainstream teaching method and an effective supplement to traditional teaching. With the development ofinformation technology， big data and other technical means are constantlyinnovated and popularized， online teaching has gradually been popularized in major universities in the country， but there is no standardized system in teaching quality and mode， so it is an urgent task to perfect the online teaching management system in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the improvement of online teaching management system in colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching supervision， evaluation and information technology ability of teaching managers， and puts forward measures to build online teaching management system， online evaluation system and online teaching management summary system， so as to promote the development of online teaching management system in colleges and universities in China.

1在線教学及其管理的内涵

在线教学及其管理与互联网息息相关，各行各业与互联网结合后，呈现出“在线”的特征，也就是“互联网+”。传统行业结合互联网技术后能够实现良好的资源优化配置，具有一定的交叉跨界的特征。教育行业与互联网结合之后，能够将教学资源有机融合起来，师生通过互联网完成教学工作，在互联网技术的支持下，知识得以流畅地在各个节点传递，补充了传统课堂中的不足，进一步激发出传统教育潜力。

在线教育的融入对于高校教育有着重要意义，前者是后者的完善与补充，互联网帮助高校教育摆脱地域的限制，让学生的学习更加灵活，学生根据自己的兴趣时间对课程教师进行选择，在线课程的内容更加丰富，形式更加多样，有效缓解了高校传统教育的问题，让学生更加直观地了解知识要点。……
