摘要 广州铁路职业技术学院深入学习贯彻党史学习教育，将党史学习教育落实到“力行”，组织近500名新时代大学生志愿者以青春赴使命，奔赴广东省和贵州省15村开展暑期“三下乡”社会实践。大学生志愿者践行“强国有我，请党放心”的伟大理念，在社会实践中增强农村基层党组织党史学习教育，助力乡村振兴工作;同时，提高了大学生“学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局”的崇高信念，实现了“双促进”。

“Universities + Rural Areas” Helps Party History Learning and Education in the New Era—Based on the Social Practice of “Sanxia-xiang” in Summer Vacation in Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic

Abstract Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic deeply studied and implemented the study and education of the party history of CPC，put the study and education of party history into “practice”， nearly 500 college student volunteers of the new era were organized to go to the mission with youth，went to 15 villages in Guangdong Province and Guizhou Province to carry out the social practice of “three going to the countryside” in summer. College student volunteered to practice the great concept of “strengthening the country with me， please rest assured by the party”，to strengthen the study and education of party history of rural grass-roots party organizations in social practice， to help rural revitalization. At the same time，  the lofty belief of college students was improved in “learning party history， understanding ideas， doing practical things and opening up a new situation”， and “double promotion” was realized.

习近平总书记强调：“历史是最好的教科书”“历史是最好的老师”“党史是最好的营养剂”。广州铁路职业技术学院新时代青年大学生纷纷响应习近平总书记的号召，要“有理想、有本领、有担当”“到基层和人民中去建功立业，让青春之花绽放在祖国最需要的地方”“增强做中国人的志气、骨气、底气，不负时代，不负韶华，不负党和人民的殷切期望！”[1]，积极投身暑期“三下乡”社会实践志愿服务活动，奔赴贵州省和广东省清远、梅州、河源等15村，以青春赴使命，将党史学习教育转化为“我为群众办实事”，促进农村基层党组织党史学习教育走深走实，促进新时代高校大学生成长成才。
