【摘要】目的探討益气健脾解毒方在原发性胃癌患者中的应用效果及对应激炎症因子的影响。方法65例原发性胃癌患者，随机分为对照组（33例）和观察组（32例）。对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合益气健脾解毒方治疗。比较两组近期疗效、应激炎症因子水平及毒副反应发生率。结果观察组治疗2个月后的总有效率68.75%高于对照组的42.42%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗2个月后，观察组血清内皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（NO）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平分别为（0.67±0.14）ng/L、（6.31±1.46）Umol/L、（32.42±3.20）ng/ml、（13.29±2.35）mg/L，对照组分别为（1.12±0.30）ng/L、 （9.58±2.12）Umol/L、（40.39±3.34）ng/ml、（20.56±3.4l）mg/L，两组ET、NO.IL-6、CRP水平均低于治疗前且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组毒副反应发生率40.63%与对照组的45.45%比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论益气健脾解毒方用于原发性胃癌患者中能获得较高的近期疗效，能降低应激炎症因子水平，未增加毒副反应发生率，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the practical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on patients withprimary gastric cancer and its influence on stress inflammatorv factors. After treatment. the levelsof ET. N0. IL-6 anl CRP of the two groups were lower than those hefore treatment. and the observation groupwas lower than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of toxicside-effects 40.63% of the observation group had no statistically significant difference compared with that of thecontrol group 45.45% （P>0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Jiedu Decoction shows higher short-term efficacy inpatients with primary gastric cancer， and it can reduce the level of stress inflammatorv factors without increasingthe incidence of toxic-side effects. It is worth popularizing and applying.

综上所述，益气健脾解毒方用于原发性胃癌患者中能获得较高的近期疗效，能降低应激炎症因子水平，未增加毒副反应发生率，值得推广应用。
