【摘  要】时代在发展，AI技术在财会领域的应用促使财务工作发生了变革，使其逐步向管理会计的方向转变。论文分析了人工智能时代背景下财务工作的发展趋势，随着财务会计的一些职能被智能化工具取代，管理会计的优势逐步显现，向管理会计转型具有重要意义。论文提出向管理会计转型的对策，并客观分析了人工智能时代在带来便捷的同时也带来了挑战。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， the application of AI technology in the field of finance and accounting has led to changes in financial work， which has gradually transformed it into the direction of management accounting. This paper analyzes the development trend of financial work under the background of artificial intelligence era. With some functions of financial accounting being replaced by intelligent tools， the advantages of management accounting gradually appear， and the transformation to management accounting is of great significance. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of the transformation to management accounting， and objectively analyzes that the artificial intelligence era brings convenience as well as challenges.

1 引言

随着经济发展与技术的进步，新事物不断出现，从互联网、大数据到如今的人工智能等，为社会的发展提供动力。这里的AI（Artificial Intelligence）指的是人工智能。人工智能技术的出现，深刻地改变着人们的生活和工作。在财会领域，人工智能加速了财会工作的转型升级，财务机器人可以自主识别财务数据，让大量的数据处理变得简捷快速，同时，对企业财务工作也提出了更高的要求。

2 AI时代的财务会计工作

财务会计是面向企业的对外会计，出具报表为企业外部相关利益者提供参考。财务会计进行账务处理往往集中于单一的会计核算职能，烦琐的业务耗费了财务人员大量的时间和精力。同时，财务会计记录已经发生的经济事项，对于发挥预测未来的职能，财务会计还有些欠缺。

企业的财务信息化程度不高。一般的企业能够进行基本的财务处理，但是如何从大量的财务数据中挖掘信息，结合互联网提高信息化水平，对财务人员提出了较高的要求。……
