【摘 要】目的：研究综合护理干预在ATG治疗再生障碍性贫血中的应用效果。方法：于2018年6月-2019年6月收治的58例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象，分为对照组与研究组，各29例，均接受ATG治疗，对照组患者实施常规护理干预，研究组患者实施综合护理干预，对比两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应率。结果：经研究发现研究组患者的治疗有效率优于对照组，差异较大，P<0.05;研究组患者的不良反应率低于对照组患者，差异显著，P<0.05。结论：综合护理干预适合在ATG治疗再生障碍性贫血的过程中进行应用，可提升治疗效果，同时减少不良反应的发生率，所以应在临床实践中对综合护理干预进行普及。

【Abstract】Objective： To study the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of aplastic anemia with ATG. Methods： 58 patients with aplastic anemia admitted from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into the control group and the study group， 29 cases each， all received ATG treatment， and the control group received routine nursing intervention. The patients underwent comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate between the two groups.Result： The study found that the treatment efficiency of the study group was better than that of the control group， the difference was larger， P<0.05. The adverse reaction rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group， the difference was significant， P<0.05. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention is suitable for the application of ATG in the treatment of aplastic anemia. It can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Therefore， comprehensive nursing intervention should be popularized in clinical practice.

再生障碍性贫血患者的机体造血干细胞数量出现减少的情况，导致其造血功能异常，长此以往将降低患者机体的全血细胞，影响患者的生存质量。目前对其进行治疗的常规方法为兔抗人胸腺细胞免疫球蛋白治疗，其是一种免疫抑制剂，具备一定的治疗效果，但是，ATG治疗很容易出现过敏等不良反应，影响患者身心状态[1]。据此本文选取我院于2018年6月-2019年6月收治的58例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象，研究综合护理干预在ATG治疗再生障碍性贫血中的应用效果。在此做出如下报道：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院于2018年6月-2019年6月收治的58例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象，在患者完全知情并自愿的情况下，将其纳入到整体研究当中。采取随机的方式将58例再生障碍性贫血患者分为对照组与研究组，每组各29例患者。在29例对照组再生障碍性贫血患者中，年龄在12-48岁之间，平均年龄（39.85±2.85） 岁。在29例研究组再生障碍性贫血患者中，年龄在15-49岁之间，平均年龄（40.85±2.78） 岁。……
