【摘 要】目的：阐述患者接受妇科手术治疗后辅以中药封包、穴位按摩联合干预的具体措施及对促进肠功能恢复的作用。方法：2018年5月-2019年5年于我院接受妇科手术治疗的患者90例，将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者术后辅以常规干预，观察组辅以中药封包、穴位按摩联合干预，记录并比较两组患者术后肠功能恢复情况，评估护理前后各组患者疼痛评分差异。结果：观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复用时（13.78±2.56）h、肛门排气用时（24.59±3.14）h、住院总用时（6.38±1.04）d均明显短于对照组。两组患者未经护理前痛感相近（P>0.05），经干预后，观察组疼痛评分相较对照组更低（P<0.05）。结论：妇科术后对患者辅以中药封包、穴位按摩联合干预效果更佳，值得应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To elaborate the specific measures of the combined intervention of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and acupoint massage after gynecological surgery and its effect on promoting the recovery of intestinal function.Methods： 90 patients who underwent gynecologic surgery in our hospital from May to 2019， 2018， were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was supplemented with routine intervention. The observation group was supplemented with Chinese medicine package and acupressure. Combined intervention， the recovery of postoperative intestinal function in the two groups was recorded and compared， and the differences in pain scores between the groups before and after treatment were evaluated.Results： The duration of postoperative bowel sound recovery （13.78±2.56） h， anal exhaust （24.59±3.14） h and total length of hospitalization （6.38±1.04） d in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The pain sensation of the two groups was similar before nursing （P > 0.05）， and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： After gynecological surgery， the effect of combined intervention with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and acupoint massage is better， and it is worth applying.

患者接受妇科手术治疗后，由于麻醉药物的作用、手术操作的刺激等极容易出现胃肠功能紊乱问题，不仅影响手术疗效，同时对患者预后恢复也造成影响。因此，应做好术后护理干预工作[1]。为进一步探析中药封包联合穴位按摩对妇科术后肠功能恢复的影响，本文以2018.5-2019.5我院收治90例妇科手术患者为例，将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者术后辅以常规干预，观察组辅以中药封包、穴位按摩联合干预，阐述中药封包联合穴位按摩的操作方法与作用，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
