【摘 要】 目的：阐述ICU重症患者护理期间强化持续性人文关怀理念的具体过程及效果。方法：2018年7月至2019年7月选择我院收治ICU重症患者88例，随机分为2组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组强化持续性人文关怀理念，对比差异性。结果：观察组此次护理质量相应评分明显高于对照组（p<0.05）。经护理干预后有明显改善，观察组患者SAS评分（4.14±0.33）、SDS评分（4.21±0.36）均低于对照组（p<0.05）。结论：持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用效果肯定，值得临床应用推广。

【Abstract】 Objective： This paper expounds the specific process and effect of strengthening the concept of sustained humanistic care during the period of intensive care in ICU.Methods： From July 2018 to July 2019， 88 patients with severe ICU in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received routine care. The observation group strengthened the concept of continuous human care and compared the differences.Results： The corresponding score of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P < 0.05）.After nursing intervention， they were significantly improved. The SAS score （4.14±0.33） and SDS score （4.21±0.36） of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： The application of the concept of continuous humanistic care in ICU nursing is definitely effective and worthy of clinical application and promotion.

ICU重症患者不仅生理因疾病承受巨大痛楚，且心理也承受较大压力，极容易出现抑郁、焦虑、恐慌等负性心态，影响治疗及护理进度及效果。传统护理工作重点强调对患者生理方面的护理，并发症的处理等，忽视了患者心态方面的关注[1]。近几年，随着医疗模式的转型，越来越多患者重视心理方面的诉求，人文关怀护理模式被提出且广泛运用，备受患者的认可及好评。本文以2018.8-2019.7我院ICU收治88例患者为例，阐述持续性人文关怀理念的实施过程及作用，如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本研究时间自2018年7月开始，至2019年7月结束，研究对象选择我院收治ICU重症患者88例，随机分为2组，对照组总计患者44例，男病患23例，女病患21例，最低年龄40岁，最高年龄78岁，平均年龄（59.6±1.4）岁。观察组总计患者44例，男病患22例，女病患22例，最低年龄41岁，最高年龄77岁，平均年龄（59.7±1.3）岁。对比发现，两组患者资料信息相近（p>0.05），符合研究需求。

1.2 方法

针对对照组ICU患者采取常规护理，包括生理指标监管、用药指导、并发症处理等。
