摘要 目的：分析优质护理对泌尿外科术前患者改善不良情绪和睡眠质量中的作用。方法：选取2018年6月至2019年10月厦门市第五医院泌尿外科行手术治疗的患者86例作为研究对象，患者均为男性，按照抽签法分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，比较2组应用效果。结果：观察组护理后焦虑（40.64±4.47）分、抑郁（38.54±4.51）分程度低于照组的焦虑（49.74±5.11）分、抑郁（47.42±5.22）分，观察组的睡眠质量各项评分也低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：将优质护理应用于泌尿外科术前患者中，可改善患者的心理状态，提高其睡眠质量，临床应用效果良好。

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Mood and Sleep of Patients Before Urology Operation

Abstract Objective：To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on improving the bad mood and sleep quality of patients before urology operation.Methods：From June 2018 to October 2019，86 cases of urologic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All the patients were male.They were divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots.The control group used routine nursing，the observation group used quality nursing，and the application effect of the two groups was compared.Results：The scores of anxiety（40.64±4.47）and depression（38.54±4.51）in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（49.74±5.11）and depression（47.42±5.22）.The scores of sleep quality in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of high quality nursing to the patients before urology can improve their mental state，sleep quality and clinical effect.

人体在正常状态下，保持充足的睡眠时间可以改善人体微循环、精神状态等，泌尿外科手术操作较复杂，良好的术前休息状态可以为临床手术提供良好的实施环境。临床研究指出，不同护理模式下对患者术前休息状态的影响也具有差异性。优质护理是现阶段临床护理理论中完整性及实践性较强的护理模式[1]。本次研究，将结合泌尿外科患者手术前的心理状态及躯体状况，对优质护理在泌尿外科中的实践应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响作出合理分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年6月至2019年10月厦门市第五医院泌尿外科行手术治疗的患者86例作为研究对象，患者均为男性，按照抽签法分为观察组和对照组，每组43例。对照组年龄32～75岁，平均年龄（53.28±7.06）岁，包括肾结石手术18例、肾癌手术6例、前列腺增生手术15例、其他4例;观察组年龄31～76岁，平均年龄（53.25±7.26）岁，包括肾结石手术20例、肾癌手术5例、前列腺增生手术14例、其他4例。……
