【摘 要】目的：分析探究综合护理干预在产妇产后出血护理中的临床应用效果。方法：选取本院2018年08月-2019年10月期间收治的70例产后出血产妇进行此次研究，按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和观察组两组，各35例。其中参照组实行常规护理干预，观察组实行综合护理干预，对比两组患者的产后出血量。结果：观察组患者的产后出血量显著低于参照组并且组间差异显著，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：综合护理在产妇产后出血护理中的应用，能夠有效降低产妇的产后出血量，有着推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical application of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 70 women with postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected for this study. According to the digital table method， all patients were divided into two groups， the reference group and the observation group. Among them， the reference group implemented routine nursing intervention， and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention to compare postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups. Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group and the difference between the groups was significant， which was statistically significant （P <0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in postpartum hemorrhage nursing can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage of women， and it has a promotion value.

产后出血是一种非常常见的分娩期并发症，同时也是造成产妇死亡的重要因素。最近几年，随着我国医疗技术水平的发展和进步，产妇由于产后出血死亡的概率逐渐降低，但是在一些医疗条件相对较差的地区，其产后出血死亡率依旧较高。所，对产妇产后出血这种现象进行护理是非常关键的[1]。本文的主要目标就是分析探究综合护理干预在产妇产后出血护理中的临床应用效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1.一般资料

选取本院2018年08月-2019年10月期间收治的70例产后出血产妇进行此次研究，按照数字表法将所有患者均分为参照组和观察组两组，各35例。其中参照组平均年龄为（26.59±2.46）岁;平均孕周为（39.08±0.39）周。观察组平均年龄为（27.14±2.13）岁;平均孕周为（39.26±0.42）周。比较两组产后出血产妇的年龄、孕周等资料的对比并不显著，未呈现出统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

1.2.1参照组

该组实行常规护理干预。对患者实行健康宣教，强化对患者生命指标的检测，告知患者以及患者家属需要注意的相关事项。
