摘 要 档案管理工作是医院日常工作当中非常重要的工作环节，有效保证了医院各种医疗活动的顺利开展，对提高医院的医疗研究成果有着重要的作用。因此，医院在日常的工作当中，必须要不断提高医院档案的管理工作质量，对其中存在的各种管理工作问题进行有效的分析和处理，对推动医院档案管理工作的高质量开展有着重要的意义。基于此，本文重点针对新医改发展形势下，大数据对医院档案管理工作的影响进行了分析和研究，有效提出了医院档案管理工作的新型管理工作理念，促进医院档案管理工作的健康发展。
