摘 要：随着中国在国际上的影响力越来越大，我国的各方面能力也不断的深化提高，尤其是我国的军事能力。在现今这个新时期、新时代，随着我军的军事战略和军事部署越来越现代化，为了进一步建立更加完善的保障机制，真正的加强针对的力量，为我国发展提供更强大的保障，军队上越来越重视对于重工装备公路运输力量的建设与使用。它可以进一步保障军队对重装备的投送和运输，从而进一步提高军队的实力。文章正是深入重点围绕加强部队的重装备公路运输力量的建设与使用问题进行分析，首先对它的现状进行了解，然后对于它所出现的问题进行解决，并结合深入部队组织调研，从信息化建设、制度设置等等方面提出了相应的措施。
