摘要：基于新时代的教育管理理念，小学班主任应当有意识地反思自己的班级管理模式，不断吸收各种先进思想，并结合学生实际，制定切实可行的方案，确保班级工作有序、稳定的运转，为学生营造一个良好的成长环境。对此，首先分析了小学班级管理中常见的问题，然后针对相关问题提出了具体对策，期望能够提高班级管理的有效性，推动学生的长远发展。

Abstract： based on the concept of education management in the new era， the head teacher of primary school should consciously reflect on their own class management mode， and constantly absorb various advanced ideas， and combined with the actual situation of students， formulate practical and feasible programs to ensure the orderly and stable operation of the class work， to create a good environment for students to grow up. In this regard， this paper firstly analyzes the common problems in primary school class management， and then puts forward specific countermeasures to the relevant problems， hoping to improve the effectiveness of class management and promote the long-term development of students.

小学班主任管理具有综合性的特点，涉及各方面的事情， 因此需要教师从整体上把控，分析学生身心特点，对管理方式 进行创新，确保满足实际需求。 从实际情况出发，制订出一套 完善的管理体系，为教学工作顺利开展提供保障，创建良好的学习环境。

1  在小学班级管理实践中经常出现的问题

1.1班主任使用的管理方法不合理受应试教育思想的影响，很多新时期的小学班主任在组织开展班级管理工作时仍习惯于沿用传统的模式，将提高学生的学习成绩当作了主要的任务，忽视了对学生能力和思维的发展，也因此弱化了班级管理工作对学生教育和指导作用，使得管理工作有名无实、流于形式，违背了素质教育理念的核心要求。与此同时，有些班主任在管理学生时并没有形成系统的思想意识和管理理念，使得班级管理秩序比较混乱，十分不利于学生的健康发展。
