摘 要：创业孵化器是促进创业和区域经济发展的工具，也是创新创业体系的一个重要组成部分。从区域发展的视角梳理了创业孵化器对创业发展、产业发展、区域发展的多维贡献。同时，比较分析了发达经济体以及欠发达经济体的孵化器作为平台对促进区域发展贡献的差异。在梳理创业孵化器研究发展脉络的基础上，从微观企业、中观产业、宏观区域出发，述评区域发展视角下创业孵化器的多维贡献，据此构建并提炼创业孵化器研究的理论框架。最后，根据目前研究存在的不足，提出未来的研究思路。

Review and prospect of entrepreneurial incubator from the perspective

of regional development

Abstract：Business incubator is not only a tool to promote entrepreneurship and regional economic development， but also an important part of innovation and entrepreneurship system. From the perspective of regional development， this paper combs the multidimensional contribution of business incubators to the development of entrepreneurship， industry and region. At the same time， the paper compares and analyzes the differences of incubators in developed economies and less developed economies as platforms to promote regional development. In the viewpoint of micro enterprise， meso industry and macro region， this paper reviews the multidimensional contribution of business incubator from the perspective of regional development， and then constructs and refines the theoretical framework of business incubator research on the basis of combing the research and development context of business incubator. At last， according to the shortcomings of the current research， the future research ideas are proposed.

20世紀90年代以来，国外学者越来越关注创业与经济增长的关系，并且得出高水平的创业直接转化为高水平的经济增长的结论[1]。2015年以来，我国政府给予了创业更多的支持，“大众创业、万众创新”已成为新的国家经济发展战略，创业活动更加活跃。基于创业对经济增长的贡献，逐步出现了各种不同类型的孵化器。其中，美国硅谷是目前世界最成熟、规模和影响力最大的国际孵化器，它被认为是经济发展的典范[2]，对公司创新、创造就业机会和经济增长产生了重要影响。因此，其他国家和地区的决策者都争先试图模仿硅谷的模式。

孵化器根据不同的分类标准，有狭义、广义之分。从狭义上讲，创业孵化器是提供办公空间、共享服务、业务支持和网络来促进企业早期发展的组织;广义的孵化器核心定义特征是一个物理场所，旨在通过支持初创公司成长及现有的中小型公司的业务发展来实现经济增长。……
