天水地区穗醋栗嫩枝扦插试验

摘要:以6月下旬成熟的黑穗醋栗嫩枝为插穗进行扦插生根试验。结果表明,不同植物生长调节剂处理对扦插苗的生根有不同的效果,IBA、NAA和ABT处理对穗醋栗的生根率差异显著,均高于对照。使用以上植物生长调节剂浸泡6 h后,寒丰在200 mg/L ABT处理下,布劳德在200 mg/L ABT处理和在300 mg/L IBA处理下,生根率均在82%以上。

Reflections on Promoting the Integration and Development of Rural One,Two and Three Industries in Gansu Province

Abstract:Since the policy of rural industrial integration was implemented, Gansu Province has actively carried out its work and achieved great results, but it has also encountered some problems and challenges. This paper used the methods of literature research, induction and summary, comparative analysis, etc., to study the present situation and characteristics of rural industrial integration development. At the same time, we discussed and analyzed the key factors that has affected industrial integration in Gansu Province. At last, we put forward the development ideas and specific measures of strengthening the policy support system of industrial integration, enhancing the integrated development of rural industries at multiple levels, fostering diversified business entities, establishing a more closely linked interest mechanism and improving the social service system.

穗醋栗为虎耳草科(Grossulariaceae)茶藨子属(Ribes L.)茶藨子亚属(Subgen.Ribes)穗醋栗的果实,浆果球形,直径7~9 mm,红色,结果期7 — 8 月[1 - 2 ]。穗醋栗是重要的小浆果类果树之一,分布在我国东北、华北、西北等地,也是近年来发展较快的果树树种之一。甘肃省小陇山林业实验局百花林场从良种引进、品种特性观察、气候适应性和土壤改良等诸多方面开展了试验,建立了穗醋栗品种园0.13 hm2,现有3 个品种,2018 年全部掛果。我们针对天水地区穗醋栗引种中存在的扦插生根难的问题,进行了相关试验,现将结果报道如下。

1   材料与方法

1.1   试验地概况

试验设在小陇山百花林场穗醋栗品种园,年平均气温为10.9 ℃,年均降水量800 mm,无霜期185 d,年日照时数1 286 h。采用美植袋和大田栽培。

1.2   试验材料

供试品种为寒丰和布劳德。在生长季的6月中下旬剪取插条,以未停长春植枝条的中上部作为插穗,剪后立即放入水中。每个插段约2~3节,保留1~2个叶片。剪好的插段也立即浸入水中。将带叶的插段斜插入基质中,深度至叶柄基部,露出叶面,随插随喷水。插后立即遮荫,防止叶片萎蔫。……
