摘要：提升地方本科高校机械类专业人才的应用能力是新工科建设的重要内容。深入研究对新工科建设主要目标和建设路径，分析当前地方本科院校机械类专业人才培养现状，总结制约地方本科院校专业人才应用能力提升的主要原因，提出建议采用改革培养方案、加强实践教育、引进和培养双师型师资、推行双创教育等措施全方位提升机械类专业人才应用能力。

Abstract： Improving the application ability of mechanical professionals in local undergraduate universities is an important part of the construction of the new subject. The main objectives and construction paths of the new subject have been studied. The current situation of the training of mechanical specialty in local undergraduate colleges and universities are invested. Main causes that restrict the upgrading of the application ability of mechanical specialty talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities have been found. Suggestions on adopting reform and training programs， strengthening practical education， introducing and cultivating double-qualified teachers， implementation of double-innovation education have been made to enhance the application ability in mechanical specialties.

1  现状及问题

新工科人才培养的核心目标是全面提升人才专业技术能力[1]，工科专业人才的专业技术能力主要指工程應用和创新能力。工程应用型人才培养应以工程应用能力培养为主导，培养卓越工程师。工程应用能力主要包括：科学思辨能力、行动能力和基本工程技能[2]。应用能力又表现为解决实际工程问题的能力，具体而言是指借助科学思维方法和专业知识，遵循科学规律解决工程问题、处理工程事件、组织实施工程项目、完成工程任务的能力。然而，工程问题由于其复杂性，在单个学科知识框架内往往难以得到理想的解决方案。因此，提升应用能力需加强学科融合，拓宽专业知识跨度。如何更有效地利用学生在校学习时间，让其更深入掌握专业知识，达到能应用专业知识解决实际工程问题的水平，是当前新工科建设中专业建设需要重点考虑的问题。

当前地方高校机械类专业毕业生工程应用能力难以满足当前社会、行业经济转型发展的需要。……
