摘要：在汽车生产的四个过程和关键零部件的生产过程中都在使用工业机器人。工业机器人因其安全、高效、节约成本、易于管理等特点，在汽车生产工业中起着重要的作用。简要介绍了工业机器人在汽车生产工业中的应用，并在实际生产过程中考虑了工业机器人的不足。希望工业机器人能更好地为汽车生产行业服务，更好地适应当前的社会发展。

Abstract： Industrial robots are used in the four processes of automobile production and the production of key components. Industrial robots play an important role in the automotive production industry because of their safety， high efficiency， cost savings， and ease of management. The application of industrial robots in the automobile production industry is briefly introduced， and the shortcomings of industrial robots are considered in the actual production process. It is hoped that industrial robots can better serve the automobile production industry and better adapt to the current social development.

0  引言

机器人是一种适用于现代制造的综合自动化设备，如机械、电气、电子、计算机、控制、传感器、人工智能等。目前，工业机器人的发展非常迅速，技术也非常成熟。已广泛应用于汽车生产、航天、金属加工、电子、矿山等行业，可替代焊接、装卸、堆放、喷涂、装配、检测等手动操作功能。在工业机器人的应用领域，机器人在汽车工业中的应用占整个市场份额的60%以上。随着机器人在我国的实施，工业机器人的发展和应用也提出了更高的要求。因此，了解工业机器人的结构、功能及其在汽车工业中的应用具有十分重要的意义。

1  工业机器人概述

1.1 工业机器人的组成

从机器人的结构上看，它主要包括主体、控制系统和驱动系统，如手、手腕和手臂都有一定的自由度。机器人的手部通常有4到7个自由度;机器人的腕部有2到3个自由度;机器人的臂部有4到5个自由度。

驱动系统主要由两部分组成，即动力机构和传动装置。

主要设备包括计算机控制、传感器接口控制、显示盒控制、轴控控制和各种辅助设备控制。……
