【摘要】目的：比较使用肱骨前外侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术与肱骨后侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术治疗肱骨干中下段骨折的效果。方法：选取近几年平坝区人民医院收治的80例肱骨干中下段骨折患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为前外侧组和后侧组。为前外侧组患者使用肱骨前外侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术进行治疗。为后侧组患者使用肱骨后侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果：后侧组患者手术持续的时间短于前外侧组患者，其桡神经损伤的发生率低于前外侧组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：与使用肱骨前外侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术相比，使用肱骨后侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术治疗肱骨干中下段骨折可缩短手术持续的时间，降低患者发生桡神经损伤的几率。

肱骨干骨折是指肱骨外科頸下2cm至肱骨髁上2cm间发生的骨折[1]。该病是临床上比较常见的一种疾病。大部分肱骨干骨折患者发生骨折的部位均为肱骨干中下段。使用钢板螺钉内固定术治疗肱骨干中下段骨折的效果较好。使用钢板螺钉内固定术治疗肱骨干中下段骨折时手术的入路主要有肱骨前外侧入路及肱骨后侧入路。为比较使用肱骨前外侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术与肱骨后侧入路钢板螺钉内固定术治疗……
